Here in Boston, virtually every serious hip-hop show is orchestrated by rap promoter Edu Leedz, who, unlike the vast majority of cats in his profession who throw parties for the props, actually makes a living pushing live music.
In addition to bringing underground and commercial ringers from across the map to rock shows, Leedz pairs visiting MCs with Boston’s top talents. The result, after long wait, is the upcoming Mass Movementz: The Album.
Finally – with this chance to hear Beantown’s premier gunners rhyming side-by-side with heavyweights from every corner of the industry – maybe some of these knee-jerk big city haters might realize that Boston doesn’t fuck around.
