Game Over For Rap City

Well, Rap City is going off the air on October 26, after 21 years of supplying the world with classic rap moments. Not that I’ve watched this show since Big Tigger left, but it’s still sad to see Rap City go.
Or is it?
The show has basically sucked since the late 90s and instead of re-packaging it to the realness it once was, they dumbed it down and basically showed nothing but videos from Big Kuntry, P$C, and Petey Pablo. While KRS and Marley Marl couldn’t get video spins, Lil Wayne & T-Pain videos were rocked back to back to back.
These fuckers even shunned Little Brother.
Yeah I grew up on that shit in the early 90s, but the show didn’t grow with me.
Rap City shoulda been off the air 10 years ago.
So yeah, fuck Rap City. Rot in hell.

If this was ten years ago, I would be pretty pissed. But Rap City done been dead for a while now. The host…what’s his name, no idea, was basically being paid to suck celebrity guest dick and lose to them at pool. Once Big Tigga left and they moved out of the basement, they were done.
Fuck Rap City once and for all. Great riddance. Why would anyone want to watch anything but JTTS television anyway?
fuckin a. come on not even a little nastalg? I’m younger then yall so maybe it was more my steez. Every time someone from Jersey was on the show I felt proud. Holler at East Orange, Newark, Irvington, West Orange, South Orange (the greatest!).

dam!! Rap city was the shit especially when The Mayor chris Thomas was the host,Tigger,Big Lez,and Joe Cleezy was all dope host too,they def on some dumb ish now,but the shits been dead alooooongtime..
