First Time Since “Teenage Love” That I Enjoyed An Emo Rap Song…Thank You R.A. The Rugged Man

This joint has all the trappings of everything I lament about todays endless diarrhea filled punch bowl of “rap” music.

An mc reflecting on family shit accompanied by a yt crooner (Eamon….fucking Eamon) dolling out life lessons to the backdrop of a sappy piano.

Hold the phone…R.A. The Rugged Man did it. Son is nice. I’m rocking myself to sleep in a fetal position with tender tears rolling down my mulatto face.

i been listening to this, teenage love and hey young world like 20 times this weekend. don’t u think its becoming more clear that the labels are in bed with the prison companies? theres no more positive rap songs. its all guns drugs and pussy. don’t get me wrong i like the nwa’s & G-raps. but even G-rap had erase racism back in the early 90′s. there really aint a lot of positive shit out there cuz they big labels aint backing it.
